Screen switches off in application mode

During application mode, we instruct the device to leave your screen switched on and not to dim it. However, this instruction is ignored by some browsers. If this is the case for you, please check whether you are using a current browser from the following list.

• Chrome

• Chrome Android

• Edge

• Opera

• Safari

• Safari auf IOS

Solution: Switch to a browser from the list and install the latest version if necessary.

Alternatively: Change the energy-saving settings of your device and deactivate the automatic switch-off of the screen. These settings can usually be found in the device settings under Display (or Screen).
